Introduction to the Food and Nutrition course

Your health is in Your hands.  How can I say this? Because it is actually true. As you delve deeper into this series you will be able to answer the question ‘what is nutrition’ and you will see how you can apply largely forgotten natural principles to make astounding changes to your physical health and even your mental health.

For the moment however we need to start at the beginning. It’s pretty obvious that food has an impact on our physical health but what is not so obvious is how BIG this impact has become.  In the first series, food and nutrition, we will examine just how far we, as a people have moved away from what our bodies actually needs to remain vibrantly healthy.   More importantly we will develop strategies on how to develop a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
