There are many principles involved in how the human body heals itself. Here are seven of the most important ones — understand these, and you’ll have a completely different picture of what’s actually happening when you’re unwell, and what genuine recovery looks like.
1. Hering’s Law
Constantine Hering, a physician working in the 1800s, observed that the body heals in three consistent ways: from the top down, from the inside out, and in the reverse order to how the problem originally developed. If a pain moved from your ankle to your knee to your hip, as your hip heals you may notice the knee pain briefly return. As the knee heals, the ankle pain — where it all started — may reappear too. Then it’s genuinely done. If symptoms are moving the other way, that’s not healing.
2. The Healing Crisis
As your energy level rises during genuine healing, your body reaches a point where it says, in effect, “I can dump toxins out now and get rid of them.” That can feel like a cold or flu — runny nose, headache, fatigue — even though you haven’t caught anything. It’s the release of toxins, not illness. The last thing to do is run to the doctor. Instead, follow the natural principles: stop eating, drink plenty of water, rest, and let your organs of elimination do their job. Your energy level will be higher once it’s done, and you won’t go back to how you were.
3. The Organs of Elimination
There are five organs of elimination in your body: the lungs, the liver, the bowel, the kidneys, and the skin. If the first four are working properly, you generally won’t have a skin problem. If you are having skin issues, it’s probably because one of the other four isn’t working properly — and with energy kinesiology, you can quickly figure out which one, and what to do about it.
4. The Colon
The colon is your storage system, and it holds a lot of rubbish that needs to be cleansed out — herbs are the best way to do that, though there are several approaches. The key thing to know is that your bowel needs to move every day. If you eat three meals a day, you should really be having three bowel movements a day. Keep everything flowing, or you’re likely to run into trouble.
5. Food Sensitivities
Everybody has food sensitivities to a greater or lesser extent today, because the food itself is so toxic. You need to be able to identify what’s harming you and stop eating it — and you really need energy kinesiology to do that. With muscle testing, you can get an answer in seconds, right there in the kitchen or at the table. No technology required. It’s all built into your body already.
6. Thoughts
What you think is genuinely significant. Your thoughts shape the internal environment your body is trying to heal in.
7. Speaking
What you speak out loud matters just as much. Your own ears hear what you say, and your body — your biofield — takes note of it. You can speak death over yourself, or you can speak life. It’s your choice, and it isn’t insignificant.
Those are the seven principles involved in how your body heals itself. If you’d like to learn how to put them into practice — and start identifying exactly what your own body needs — our free Energy Kinesiology course is the place to start.
